STRENGTHENING RESILIENCE OF ELDERLY AND DISABLED PERSONS DURING COVID-19 AND FUTURE DISASTERS

This project is implemented in Kamza municipality and has in focus the elderly and people with different abilities have the opportunity to move more freely in the community, to make the appointments they need and want (eg appointments with the doctor, appointments with friends, etc.) An effective and sustainable model for the transfer of knowledge and skills that will help to bring the younger generation closer to the older one, will facilitate understanding between them and the formation of bonds between generations, which can be repeated in other areas. It will meet the needs of people with different abilities and third ages for socialization and social life. It will provide a solution to inactivity by offering them ways of engagement and entertainment that mainly include sports activities.
