The purpose of this project is to enliven the cultural and artistic life in the city of Tirana through rock music as a creative way to develop and involve the community and empower new talents. Tirana Rocks is a manifestation of the best Albanian rockers over the years combined with new talents, an explosive musical reflection of Tirana as the European Capital of Youth!
